This book touches on the cultural and political discourses that influence the production of architecture. It explores how these discursive mechanisms and technology combine to normalize and aestheticise daily practice. He asks for the means by which the building was given to shape and form of political aspirations and values. Architecture is not a political subtext. He does not force people to behave in a certain way. Nevertheless, the architecture built under the same rules and practices by which people and communities independently manage and govern themselves to think and act in a certain way. This book is an attempt to review these rules through a variety of case studies, including the reconstructed Cathedral of Notre-Dame-era Nazi Munich Konigsplatz Auschwitz concentration camp and resort Prora, Sydney # 8217; s suburban race riots, and the Australian immigration detention center on Christmas Island.
