Place of emotions in legal education is rarely discussed or analyzed, and we do not have to look far for the reasons. The difficulty of interdisciplinary research, technicisation of legal education, an opinion that affects the irrational and contrary to basic Western ideals of rationality - all this made the subject of emotions in legal education invisible. Nevertheless, the educational literature on emotions proves how important it is to educate students and professional lives of teachers. This text, first full-length book study of the subject, aims to make the emotions of the central topic of research for legal educators, and to restore the power of emotions in our teaching and learning. Part 1 focuses on the contribution that neuroscience can make to legal education, a theme that is carried out by other chapters of the book. Part 2 explores the role of emotions in working life scientists and medical personnel, while Part 3 examines the ways in which emotions can be used in the process of learning and teaching. The book, interdisciplinary and broad range of reference, opening up new horizons in his analysis of the educational situation of the life of the world community, actors and interactions in legal education.
